Keynote Speaker I: 

 

Prof. Ling-Feng Shi

Prof. Ling-Feng Shi, received his Doctor's degree in Circuit and system from Xidian University in 2008. He is mainly engaged in research work in the fields of sensor signal processing, positioning and navigation, wireless communication, integrated circuit design, etc. He has published more than 130 academic papers in journals, including more than 100 in journals, more than 20 conference papers at home and abroad, more than 90 papers indexed by SCI (nearly 20 papers in the second district or above, 30 papers in IEEE journals), more than 10 papers indexed by EI, more than 20 papers indexed by ISP, 21 national authorized invention patents, 1 authorized utility model, 6 national invention patents applied for, and 2 invention patents have been transferred. He is currently a senior member of IEEE and serve as a reviewer for over 20 SCI international authoritative academic journals, including IEEE, IET, MEJ, and JIE, as well as various domestic authoritative academic journals such as the Chinese and English versions of the Journal of Posts and Telecommunications in China, and the Engineering Edition of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Associate Editor of IEEE Open Journal of Instrumentation and Measurement, Guest Editor of Applied Sciences, Editor of Computer Science and Technology, and Editor of Electronics World. Expert member of the "863" program, expert in the evaluation of science and technology awards by the Ministry of Education, expert in the "Torch" program, and expert in science and technology evaluation by many provincial and municipal science and technology departments. 

 

Keynote Speaker II: 

 

Prof. Asif Ali Laghari

Prof. Asif Ali Laghari received a B.S. degree in Information Technology from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science, and Technology, Nawabshah, Pakistan, in 2007, and a Master's degree in Information Technology from QUEST, Nawabshah, Pakistan, in 2014. From 2007 to 2008, he served as a Lecturer in the Computer and Information Science Department at the Digital Institute of Information Technology in Pakistan. In 2015, he joined the School of Computer Science & Technology at Harbin Institute of Technology, where he pursued his Ph.D. studies. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor at Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Karachi, Pakistan. He has published more than 200 technical articles in scientific journals and conference proceedings, garnering 9000 citations and includeing Top 2% scientist list of Standford University/Scopus list. He supervised more than 10 PhD and master's students. His current research interests include Machine Learning, Computer networks, cloud computing, IoT, Fog computing, gaming, and multimedia QoE management.

 

Keynote Speaker III: 

 

Prof. Rusan Kumar Barik

 

Prof. Rusan Kumar Barik, featured in Stanford’s World’s Top 2% Scientists list, holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with research outputs indexed in international authoritative platforms. His educational background includes a 2015–2018 Ph.D. from IIITDM Kancheepuram, India (wideband RF/microwave component design). Professionally, he has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of ECE at SR University, India since June 2025, a Senior Research Fellow at Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech), China from February 2024 to May 2025, and a Postdoctoral Researcher at Reykjavik University, Iceland from September 2021 to January 2024; he also worked as Co-PI on a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) project (Grant No. 62071211) focused on EM simulation-based multi-objective optimization for RF/microwave device miniaturization. His research interests cover SIW-based microwave/mm-wave components for 5G, MIMO antennas for radar, mm-wave frequency selective surfaces, tunable self-multiplexing SIW antennas (sub-6GHz), fluidic/dielectric-loaded reconfigurable RF passive components, and material characterization via SIW sensors.
