Keynote Speaker I: 

Prof. Koichi Shimizu

Prof. Koichi Shimizu received M.S. (1976) and Ph.D. (1979) degrees, from University of Washington, Seattle, USA. He was Research Associate in University of Washington 1974-1979. He was an Assistant-, an Associate- Professors, and a Professor in Hokkaido University, Sapporo, Japan in 1979-2016. He is currently a Professor Emeritus of Hokkaido University, Japan, an Invited Research Professor of Waseda University, Japan and a Professor of Xidian University, Xi'an, China. He has been engaged in the studies of biomedical engineering including those of wave propagation in biological media, optical measurement, biotelemetry and biological effects of electromagnetic field. He served as an associate editor of IEEE Trans. ITB in 1999–2007. He has been a Fellow of the Electromagnetics Academy, and an editorial board member of Scientific Reports, Nature. He is a member of IEEE, OSA, ISOB, IEEJ, IEICE and JSMBE. He received Research Promotion Award (1981), Best Paper Award (1995) and New Technology Development Award (2020) from Japan Society for Medical and Biological Engineering.

 

Keynote Speaker II: 

Prof. Anas Bilal

Prof. Anas Bilal earned his Ph.D. in Electronics Science and Technology from Beijing University of Technology, China, in 2022. He is currently a scholar at the College of Information Science and Technology, Hainan Normal University, Haikou, China. Ranked among the Top 2% of Scientists for 2024 by Stanford University and Elsevier, Prof. Bilal has authored over 50 publications in fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Medical Imaging, Remote Sensing, and Pattern Recognition, with a focus on computational techniques for medical and remote sensing imagery. He was awarded the Chinese Government Scholarship (2017–2021) for his studies at Beijing University of Technology. A Senior IEEE Member, Prof. Bilal holds editorial and advisory roles for Scientific Reports, PLOS ONE, CMC, Frontiers in AI, and Big Data. He has chaired international conferences, including as International Advisory Chair for BDAITM 2023 and Program Chair for ICPPOE 2022 and ICAICT 2023. Prof. Bilal is also a member of various IEEE committees, such as the PAMI-TC, and actively contributes to IEEE councils in Biometrics, Sensors, Systems, and SIGHT. His pioneering work continues to shape advancements in technology and engineering, solidifying his reputation as a leading figure in his field.

 

Keynote Speaker III: 

Prof. Tuopu Na

 

Prof. Tuopu Na received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering and automation from Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Harbin, China, in 2020. In 2020, He joined the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation, HIT. He is currently an associate professor at School of Instrumentation Science and Engineering of HIT, since 2024. His current research interests concentrate in EVs Power Electronics and Ultra Precision Motion Systems, particularly in EVs charger, planar motor driver and nonlinear control. He has coauthored more than 20 peer-reviewed technical papers and authorized 20 invention patents in China. He is an IEEE member, and member of China Instrument and Control Society and review expert of NSFC. He served as a Session-Chair of several International conferences (e.g., ICGNC 2022, IFM 2023 and FASTA 2024), and Reviewer of many journals.

 

Keynote Speaker IV: 

Prof. Depeng Zeng

Prof. Depeng Zeng received the Ph.D. degree in Harbin Institute of Technology Harbin, China, in 2018. He is currently an Associate Professor at College of Intelligent Systems Science and Engineering, Harbin Engineering University. He is a member of the IEEE PES Motor Drive Committee, the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Naval Architecture, a senior member of the Chinese Society of Electrotechnical Technology, a member of the "space Drive" youth Technical committee, the Chinese Society of Automation. He is a reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics and IEEE Transactions on Magnetics. As the main inventor, he has applied for more than 20 national invention patents, including 17 authorized invention rights.
